There’s a nostalgia about the Alfresco Tall Tumbler Forest - like something out of a vintage corner shop, but not quite as delicate. The first thing that pulls us in is the way the light filters through that translucent green, and we can’t help but imagine how much fun our mates would have with a set of these at their next big backyard gathering. At 8x8x15cm, it fits well in the palm and you can feel how robust this one is. The glassy finish looks so striking and then those etched shell motifs keep things interesting on the shelf. It’s textured all around so you get a bit of grip (especially if it’s being used outside), and you have to admit that wide rim gives any drink that extra bit of flair. This one is just plain fun - bold colour, cute patterns, and vintage style. And because they’re hand-made there may be some joins or bubbles here and there - but we find that’s what makes them interesting. Solid colour glass with bubbles and mould joins as part of its charm - we can’t process credits due to these qualities.
