We love finding those products that have a little story to them. This Blanket/Throw Florence is one of those gems. It's the sort of piece that turns heads but never looks like it's trying too hard - much more subtle in person than it comes through on a screen. That medallion block-print style pattern is done by hand, so each one is slightly different and has these teeny-tiny bits of character throughout the fabric. There's something charming about knowing no two will look quite the same.
And you can tell right away by the way it drapes and folds that it's real, proper cotton and not some plasticky blend - it even gets better after a few washes. It's a big blanket at 230x200cm, so we do think that even as a throw on an office chair or just draped over a lounge, it's big enough to use for cosying up in winter (or during those freezing cold AC office days). There are two border colours - yellow or lilac - and both work with mid-century, boho, traditional, modern, Scandi (well, most) decor styles since they're simple but not boring.
