For us, the Bird in Flight Ice ornament is just so lively - there’s so much energy captured in its mid-flight wingspan, like it’s taken right out of a snapshot and put into metal. And we really like how the light blue matte coat works well to highlight those curlicue cut-out flourishes on its wings and underbelly, giving it an ethereal, slightly dreamy aesthetic. It’s quite chic - not quite like anything else we’ve stocked before. It measures about 16x15cm at its widest, with 0.1cm thickness at its thinnest point - the head and edges of the wings - and comes finished off with a rustic twine loop with white and beige beads running down its length. We find that it works for both wall art installations or for hanging up by an entryway, or even as part of a table centrepiece (standing upright or propped up on another ornament).
