This little chrysanthemum is quite a showstopper on shelves - we've seen it draw people in before they've even reached the table. It measures up at 12x12x5cm and there's a lovely depth to the centre, thanks to all those intricate petals tightly curled and built up with so much detail. The pink shade is softer than your usual pinks, almost pastel or perhaps a blush, with some creamy highlights here and there along the petal tips that bring it to life.
Now, it's hand made and there's a reactive glaze so nothing mass-produced about these - each one comes out just slightly different from the next and we think that's what makes them so collectible. But, you do have to explain that well - they're not meant to match exactly if someone picks up a few. That being said, this is one of our favourites for that reason.
They also reflect light well because they're glazed, so they'd work well in rooms where that's needed as an accent or wall décor. We've even seen people get creative and arrange a bunch together on an entryway wall or hallway for something fun yet sophisticated with all those botanical textures.
