There’s so much going on here - a deliberate contrast of sorts, that blend of subtle classical and oh-so-current elements in one simple frame. The Roman really does show off its influences up close. Raised matte ridges running along each side and elegant metallic insets give those ancient Greece and Rome vibes, but the whole thing still has a distinctly contemporary feel. At about 13.5 by 18.5cm, this is certainly no statement piece but we can see it doing well with customers who have muted walls and light settings at home or at the office.
