The Wanderer Rust is the type of hat that could do with a bit of... well, it could do with not being left in the back room of your store waiting to be put on display. It actually looks as though it's come straight off a catwalk which you can tell from the distinctly frayed edge at its brim. We've seen this detail on high-end brands recently and are keen to see how it performs here at LaVida. The woven construction is why it weighs next to nothing and is also why it's so flexible; we've tried folding and pressing it into storage boxes, handbags, and even larger shirt pockets just to see if it bounced back. And honestly, it's impressed us, there's no folding or creasing here.
There's a beige centre, a deep burnt orange rim, and not much else for pattern work so you can get away with placing this one alongside more detailed accessories without risking a cacophony of clashing colours and styles.
