We’re loving the chic, earthy vibe of our Jute Bag Coastal. Made from sturdy jute and measuring 50x30x30cm plus handles, it’s got a generous size that makes it perfect for everything from beach days to market runs. The natural woven texture and coastal shell pattern are spot on for shoppers wanting something eco-friendly and stylish - we’re finding these really catch the eye and tend to move fast, especially in coastal or holiday areas.

We’re really excited to have these Jute Bag Coastals back in the warehouse – they just come across as such a fresh, breezy way to add a casual coastal vibe to any shop. This jute bag is all about relaxed sophistication with a little nod to the Australian beach lifestyle. It’s a good size at 50 by 30 by 30cm (plus handles), so it actually works as a statement storage solution too, and we find it’s got plenty of functional appeal beyond being just an accessory. Because each one’s handwoven using nothing but natural jute, the shape, finish and little details can vary from piece to piece – not by miles or anything, but enough that you get that artisan feel that sets it apart from mass-produced bags. We think it feels a lot warmer and more welcoming than something machine-made. The circular timber handles and bohemian tassel detail lift it into something worth displaying on the shop floor, not tucked away at the back. It’s easygoing enough for beachy Hamptons-style rooms but can also fit with other nature-inspired homewares - we’ve seen them used as planters or magazine holders too. It isn’t a huge investment for stockists wanting to try out handmade sustainable homewares without going for bigger furniture pieces yet. These all seem to walk off shelves when people are in holiday mode, especially around Christmas and Mother’s Day!
