These handcrafted handles are smooth, glossy, and feel surprisingly comfortable in hand. And yes - they look fancy and luxe with those gold-toned blades, but they’re not precious to the point where people are too scared to use them. You’ll get a spreader at 16x2cm for dips and bries, then a 17x2cm curved knife with that little fork at the end. We do love those details. They’re great to gift or keep for yourself (or sell on!) and have a nice weight to them so they don’t seem cheap or mass-produced. As is usually the case with handcrafted things, you will notice slight size and shape differences between units. But we honestly think that adds to the charm of these cheese knives and that more casual, effortless vibe people are going for lately. And it’s not dishwasher safe due to the lacquer finish - we recommend explaining this to anyone who wants it to last a long time in their kitchen.
