The Bud Vases Asstd x3 are each handmade and so each one will be a little different from the next, in both colour and shape. You get three different colours but you can pick the ones you want - green, blue-green, and this lighter green with a very slight pistachio tone. And all of them have this high-gloss finish over that hand-moulded 13x13x15cm profile, but they feel organic and tactile, not at all like something you’d see in mass-produced ceramics. They look great even when empty but we find that people are drawn to the way that they interact with light when filled with water. You get highlights and shadow, especially through the tapered petals that actually look like flower petals around the opening. That’s what you’re working with here - natural colours and forms that bring a bit of nature in.
