The Serving Oval Platter Waiau has this lovely muted grey that’s not quite taupe and not quite full-grey, but right in that earthy, comforting middle. It’s the hand-finished rim, though, where you realise why this reactive glaze style is getting so much attention - that organic, raw edge just refuses to be too neat, and it really makes the whole platter have real presence on the table.
