We’ve seen plenty of these old French outdoor tables that claim to be “hand forged” but they don’t really stand up to scrutiny. Usually it is a thin metal table top and an even thinner leg set, along with some badly finished metallic paint. In fact, we have even seen plastic ones pass off as the real deal. The Table French Garden Bronze is something else entirely. You get a full-metal body (no plastic or MDF here) in a lovely hand painted, matte bronze. It is difficult to imagine this as anything other than genuine antique French furniture - until you see the quality and finish. The old ones usually had rust, scratches and dents at similar price points. At 99x99x73cm (almost 100 cm wide and 75 cm tall), this will work well for two-person dinners or an elaborate wine night for four people - plus maybe a little person if needed.
