If you’re after something full of artistry but want something that will also feel very at home amongst a classic Australian palette, try this. The Ocean Med is handmade - so there’s going to be lots of variation between the designs, from the colour to the textures and petals to the shapes. And we think it adds another layer of interest, instead of something mass-produced. The flower features a central bud surrounded by folded ceramic petals, each with a gold rim. There are golden speckles on each petal, which may or may not be as visible on some pieces as others. This is due to kiln firing techniques and how glazes can take differently to different batches. We think this is great for minimalist spaces (where you have a simple white-washed space) or maximalist areas where you want rich deep colours paired with equally statement décor pieces.
